🏓 SMASH X OPEN PLAY — IMPORTANT REMINDER

To keep our Open Play smooth, fair, and on schedule, we will strictly follow the allotted playing time for each category:

🟢 LOW — 8:00 AM–11:00 AM
🟡 MID — 11:00 AM–2:00 PM
🔴 HIGH — 2:00 PM–5:00 PM

⏰ IMPORTANT RULE FOR LATE PLAYERS

Each player is scheduled to play up to 5 games during their category’s assigned time.

If you arrive late, we cannot guarantee that you will complete all 5 games. Your final score and standing will be based only on the games you were able to complete.

For example, if a LOW player arrives late and completes only 3 out of 5 games before 11:00 AM, only those 3 games will count toward their final standing.

At 11:00 AM, LOW games will officially stop so we can immediately begin the MID category.

The same rule applies to all categories:

🟢 LOW ends at 11:00 AM
🟡 MID ends at 2:00 PM
🔴 HIGH ends at 5:00 PM

Please arrive before your scheduled time to check in, warm up, and maximize your chance of completing all 5 games.

Let’s respect everyone’s court time, keep the games moving, and make tomorrow an awesome day of pickleball! 🏓🔥
