To our dear Virtual Runners, we sincerely hear your concerns, and we apologize for the delay in the release of your entitlements.

Production, packing, and shipping were temporarily paused last 𝐌𝐚𝐲 𝟑𝟏 to give way to the Onsite Event. We understand that many of you have been waiting, and we truly appreciate your patience.

We would like to assure everyone that we are now 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐮𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐠 of Virtual Run entitlements.

For transparency, runners who submitted their runs on or before 𝐌𝐚𝐲 𝟐𝟔 have already received their kits.
