OFFICIAL STATEMENT
On Sanctioned and Private Training Activities
The Malungon Birdie Bandits issues this statement to formally clarify the distinction between sanctioned team training and private or unsanctioned training activities, in the interest of transparency, safety, and proper accountability.
All training sessions, practices, and activities that are officially organized, approved, and announced by the Malungon Birdie Bandits are considered sanctioned training. These activities are conducted under the supervision of recognized coaches or team officers and are covered by established team policies, safety guidelines, and oversight mechanisms.
Conversely, any training or practice that is independently organized by individuals or groups, without prior approval or coordination with the Malungon Birdie Bandits, shall be considered private or unsanctioned training. While the team respects and acknowledges personal initiatives for improvement, such activities are not recognized as official Malungon Birdie Bandits activities. As such, the team does not assume responsibility or liability for any incidents, injuries, disputes, or damages that may arise from these private activities.
Furthermore, the use of the Malungon Birdie Bandits name, logo, or affiliation to imply endorsement or supervision of private or unsanctioned training is not permitted without explicit authorization from the team’s leadership.
This statement is issued to protect the welfare of our players, parents, coaches, volunteers, and partners, and to ensure that all parties clearly understand their roles and responsibilities. The Malungon Birdie Bandits remains committed to safe, structured, and well-coordinated player development.
Individuals who wish to organize additional training under the Malungon Birdie Bandits are encouraged to coordinate with the team leadership for proper approval and guidance.
