Have you ever spotted one of the ocean's most stunning works of art? 💙✨

Meet the Bluespotted Ribbontail Ray (Taeniura lymma)! Instantly recognizable by its vibrant electric-blue spots scattered across a golden-yellow body and the brilliant blue stripes running down its tail, this beautiful stingray is one of the highlights of diving in tropical reefs.

Although they can grow up to 35 cm (14 inches) across, these graceful rays are often seen gliding effortlessly over sandy patches and resting beneath coral ledges from shallow reefs down to around 30 meters. They are shy by nature and prefer to avoid people, making every encounter feel like a special privilege.

👀 Did you know? Their striking colors aren't just for show - they help break up the ray's outline against the colorful reef, making it harder for predators to spot them.

The crystal-clear waters of El Nido are home to these incredible animals, and with a little luck, you might see one on your next dive! Today we filled two boats with excited divers enjoying everything from Discover Scuba Diving experiences, 4 Open Water Courses, and a PADI Freediving course to a PADI ReActivate program and a whole crew of certified fun divers exploring El Nido's amazing reefs.

With warm tropical water, fantastic visibility, and an ocean full of life, every dive was packed with smiles, adventure, and unforgettable memories. Whether it was taking that very first breath underwater or adding another dive to the logbook, every diver left with a story to tell.

At 200 Bar Diving Center, we follow the PADI BWRAF buddy check because we believe that the best dives start with excellent preparation.
BWRAF stands for: 🟦 B – BCD (Buoyancy Control Device) ⚖️ W – Weights 🔓 R – Releases 🌬️ A – Air ✅ F – Final OK

But a great safety briefing goes beyond just BWRAF.
Before entering the water, our instructors make sure every diver understands:
