Look | We are pleased to announce that Team WIN Davao Pride athletes Melz Deven Quimada and Van Andre Nakila are set to compete in the Philippine National Mountain Bike Championships, to be held in Danao City, Cebu, from February 20–23, 2026.
The team is accompanied by their coach/manager, Capt. Gerwin Lloyd Maquilan.
Previously, the team sent Melz Deven Quimada and Van Andre Nakila to compete against fellow cyclists from across the country in the recently concluded 2025 Batang Pinoy National Championship Youth Games Cycling Event.
To highlight their achievements, Van Andre Nakila competed in the 2025 Batang Pinoy National Championship Youth Games, where he became a two-time silver medalist in the Boys’ 12–13 XCO/XCE Youth Category. Meanwhile, Melz Deven Quimada also competed in the same event and secured 7th place in the Boys’ 16–17 XCT Junior Category.
We wish our young athletes, Melz Deven Quimada and Van Andre Nakila, together with their coach/manager, Capt. Gerwin Lloyd Maquilan, the best of luck as they represent Team WIN Pride and raise the banner of the Davao cycling community in the upcoming Philippine National Mountain Bike Championships in Danao City, Cebu.
