📢 IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT | BATANG PINOY 2026- TRYOUT

Good news to all aspiring athletes!

You may still participate in the Batang Pinoy 2026 Tryout even if you do not have a Parental Consent Form yet.

✅ The Parental Consent Form will be available at the tryout venue and can be claimed on-site.

To complete the requirement, please bring your parent or legal guardian so they can personally accomplish and sign the Parental Consent Form before or during the tryout.

📌 Please don't forget to bring the following:
• PSA Birth Certificate (Original or Photocopy)
• Valid ID (School ID, National ID, or any Government-Issued ID)
• Sports attire
• Sports Equipment

The Danao City Sports Development Office is calling all talented and aspiring Danawanon athletes! Kini na ang imong higayon nga ipakita ang imong talento, disiplina, ug determinasyon aron makuha ang imong spot sa Batang Pinoy 2026.

WHO CAN JOIN?
✅ELIGIBLE YEAR OF BIRTH: 2011–2018
✅ Athletes born in any month from 2011 to 2018 may join the official tryout.

📌Arnis- Padded: Athletes must bring complete equipments (Boys & Girls

✔️ Make sure that all your requirements are complete for verification.

FIRST COORDINATION MEETING | BATANG PINOY 2026

The Danao City Sports Development Office successfully conducted its First Coordination Meeting with the Coaches and Sports Focal Persons in preparation for the upcoming Batang Pinoy 2026.

The meeting gathered the representatives of the following sports disciplines:
Basketball
Volleyball (Boys & Girls)
Badminton
Arnis
Table Tennis
Gymnastics
Athletics
Dancesports
Sepak Takraw
Karatedo

Discussions centered on the official guidelines, athlete eligibility, documentary requirements, training schedules, competition preparations, and the respective roles and responsibilities of each coach and focal person. The meeting also served as an avenue to strengthen coordination and ensure that every sport is well-prepared for the city's participation in the national youth games.

As one Team Danao, we remain committed to developing our young athletes through proper planning, teamwork, and dedication. Together, let us continue to inspire excellence and proudly represent Danao City at Batang Pinoy 2026.
