📢 Heads up, players! 👀 GOOD DAY!

Please find attached the list of your club players and the schedule of matches for the DBC Pickleball Club CLASH OF CLUBS Invitational Tournament.

Please note that the club teams are numbered according to your submitted lineup. The team listed in the Upper Bracket represents your Team 1, while the team listed in the Lower Bracket represents your Team 2

Matches are highlighted according to their respective brackets:
🟩GREEN - Bracket A
🟨YELLOW - Bracket B
🟨GOLD - Bracket C

To help us strictly follow the schedule and finish the tournament on time, a defaulting time will be implemented. Please also anticipate that some matches may finish earlier than expected. In this regard, we highly encourage all teams to arrive at the venue at least one (1) hour before their scheduled matches and to be ready once called.

Each team match is allotted a total of 50 minutes, distributed as follows:
* 15 minutes - Beginner
* 15 minutes - Novice
* 15 minutes - Intermediate
* 5 minutes - Buffer time for court preparation and other adjustments

Please also be reminded that only players and officiating officials will be allowed inside the playing area. Other players and spectators are requested to stay within the designated viewing area located on the other side of the court.

ANNOUNCEMENT!

Please be informed that instead of the original schedule of May 23–24 and May 30–31, 2026, the tournament will now be held on May 22–24, 2026.

With this adjustment, each division of the DBC Pickleball Club Clash of Clubs Invitational Tournament will follow a one-day tournament format. Matches will begin promptly at 8:00 AM and will continue until all games, including the championship match, are completed.
