A New Tide Begins. 🌊

We are proud to announce an exciting new chapter for our team.

Aqua Tigers Swim Club is officially transitioning to ALON SWIM CLUB.

This change is more than simply a new name. As our team continues to grow, we wanted an identity that is distinctly ours, rooted in our local community, and capable of representing where we want to go next.

With several swim teams carrying names similar to Aqua Tigers, we believe it is time to establish a stronger and more recognizable local brand.

ALON, meaning wave, represents movement, strength, resilience, and our connection to the water.

And our vision is no longer bounded by the four walls of a swimming pool. While competitive swimming remains at our core, ALON gives us an identity that can grow into open-water swimming, triathlon, endurance sports, grassroots development, and other aquatic disciplines.

We carry with us everything Aqua Tigers has built—the friendships, achievements, lessons, coaches, parents, and most importantly, our swimmers. Our name may be changing, but our family and commitment remain the same.

We are very grateful to the Camarines Norte Maritime Police Station for their full security coverage during the Katibayan Swim Challenge. Your presence and service made the event safe and successful!

𝗟𝗢𝗢𝗞 | 𝙎𝙀𝘼𝘽𝙊𝙍𝙉𝙀 𝙎𝙀𝘾𝙐𝙍𝙄𝙏𝙔 𝘾𝙊𝙑𝙀𝙍𝘼𝙂𝙀 𝘿𝙐𝙍𝙄𝙉𝙂 𝙏𝙃𝙀 𝙆𝘼𝙏𝙄𝘽𝘼𝙔𝘼𝙉 𝙎𝙒𝙄𝙈 𝘾𝙃𝘼𝙇𝙇𝙀𝙉𝙂𝙀 2026

In line with the preparation for the upcoming Bantayog–Talisay Triathlon 2026, the event organizer conducted the Katibayan Swim Challenge on April 11, 2026, as a pre-activity designed to serve as a practice run for participants ahead of the main triathlon event.

To ensure the safety and security of all participants and spectators, personnel of the Camarines Norte Maritime Police Station under the direct supervision of PMAJ LAWRENCE P MARTINEZ, Station Chief conducted seaborne patrol and maritime security operations throughout the activity.

The operation was carried out in close coordination with Bantay Dagat, Talisay MPS, and the Philippine Coast Guard–Camarines Norte, covering the waters surrounding Centennial Wharf, Talisay, Camarines Norte.

Camarines Norte MARPSTA remains steadfast in its commitment to secure coastal events and safeguard lives at sea at all times.
