R E G I S T R A T I O N

Players are required to register as a team. Registration fee of Php 200.
Registration fee is non-refundable once registered.

Each team should consist of three (3) members and including one (1) reserve.

Category G U I D E L I N E S

12 Under Category
-Open to all elementary students of different schools in district I and II of the Municipality
-Must be present any identification card (school i d,national i d & etc.or Birth certificate/PSA that indicate the date of birth for proof.

17 Under Category
-Open to all secondary students of different schools in district I and II of the Municipality
-Must be present any identification card (school i d,national i d & etc.or Birth certificate/PSA that indicate the date of birth for proof.

18 above
-Must be present any identification card that indicate the date of birth for proof.

GOAl
- To promote and develop Sepak Takraw Sports in the Municipality whether just for fun,recreational and competitive sports for all
-To enhance and develop physical skills and confidence during trainings and competitions
-To able to produce a highly trained and skilled players of Sepak Takraw in the Municipality able to compete in every competition district up to national level.
