Words can either build or damage trust.

And most of the time, it’s not about what you say.
It’s how and why you say it.

You can be right… and still break trust.
You can win the argument… and lose the relationship.

Because when your goal is to win,
people feel it.

But when your goal is to strengthen,
people feel that too.

So before you respond,
ask yourself what you’re trying to protect—your ego or the relationship.

“Follow your heart.”

It sounds freeing.
It sounds right.
It sounds like truth.

But here’s the uncomfortable question…

What if your heart isn’t as trustworthy as you think?

Because feelings feel real.
They’re strong. They’re loud. They can even feel like certainty.
But they change… fast.

What you feel today can contradict what you felt yesterday.
And what feels right in the moment can quietly lead you in the wrong direction over time.

Feelings are real, but they are not reliable guides.

Truth must come from something higher than emotion. Otherwise, decisions become unstable and self-serving.

Chasing success but still empty? You might be building on the wrong things.

Many people build fast. Few build right.
