Fourteen athletes lined up in Tabuelan. Fourteen crossed back into the version of themselves they had been training toward. Some chipped seconds off times they thought were already their ceiling, others just held steady when the heat made holding steady the hardest thing to do. New PRs in the mix, and a whole lot of quiet proof that the work shows up when it counts. Proud of this crew. See you at the next one.

TWM is done, but work remains.

This race gave each of us a different story.
One landed on the podium. Some bow to their geek side by hitting the numbers and earning the time they trained for. Some proved something to themselves and are quietly looking forward to the next race. Some are still recovering, while others are simply staying consistent for the next A race.
And yes, one of us had to sit this one out. Dili lalim, but health comes first. There will always be another start line.

Special thanks to the , the real support crew behind the scenes. Sila gyud ang nag-hago ug sayo, gutom, kapoy, bantay bata, video, ug photos para lang naa me memories to keep after the race, and syempre, their quiet support in every step of the training. We felt you.❤️
