Kaong National High School Dance Company Holds a Successful Audition

โKAONG NHS โ The Kaong National High School Dance Company held its official auditions today as many students tried out for a spot in the group.

โAll auditioners followed the given rules: they wore red clothes and prepared at least a one-minute dance piece.
โ
โThe event went well and without delays. MAPEH Club Officers helped manage the registration, arrange the venue, and guide the auditioners throughout the activity. Ms. Alicia Obrador and former members of the KNHS Dance Company also served as judges and gave advice to the participants.

โโWatching them dance hit me hard. I wasnโt just an officer running things โ I was them. That same nervous excitement, that same hope of being seen. Three years ago I was the one hoping someone believed in me. Now Iโm the one standing up front, and it feels like the dream I had in Grade 7 finally caught up to me.โ said by Elijah Duma, the President of the KAONG NHS Dance Company. โAll the auditioners were brave and showed great skills. We want to thank the officers, Ms. Obrador, and our Alumni for helping us make this event possible and for choosing the new members fairly.โ

โRight after all auditions finished, the results were announced right away. Students who made the list stayed for a short first training session that same afternoon.

โThe new members will now start practicing for upcoming school programs and contests.
