As a martial artist, I'm always looking for ways to become a better athlete. Many fighters and elite judokas use swimming as part of their conditioning, and now I'm beginning to understand why.

Every lap challenges my endurance, breathing, focus, and discipline.

This is just the beginning.

Every new sport reminds me that being a beginner isn't something to avoid, it's where growth begins.

It's exciting to start from scratch again. 💙
