Attire❓: Proper Sports Attire
Bring your own Extra Shirt and Watter Bottle to stay hydrated.

For Mens: 12nn to 1pm ONLY

For Mens: 1pm to 4pm

The College Clinic will hold a seminar on First Aid & Basic Life Support (Lecture /Demo) conducted by the Philippine Red Cross-Caloocan City Chapter as well as Blood Letting Activity. The schedule for the above-mentioned activities are listed below:
