Recipes:a)pork meat belly/sinigang b)dried fish/sardines c)fried chicken d) fried eggs sunny side up e) vegetables; pipino okra at kamatis.(all foods without using msg.) Tara na mga ka low carbs kain Tayo, wherever you are. Stay safe and have a healthy diet. God bless all of us.
