โ ๏ธ PLEASE RESPECT OUR PICKLEBALL COURT โ ๏ธ
It is very disappointing to see our pickleball court near Globe Tower covered with trash, empty bottles, and broken pieces of glass after a night of drinking.!
For everyoneโs information, the members of Cagwait Paddle Mates were the ones who approached and asked permission from our Barangay Officials to use this area as a pickleball court. We invested our time, effort, and resources to clean the place, set up the court, and make it a safe space for people who want to play, learn, and enjoy the sport.
This court was intended for play, exercise, and community sports, not as a party venue. Wala mi problema kung magtapok ang mga kabatan-onan nganha, pero unta mahimong responsable kita sa ato mga basura ug dili magbilin nan mga buak na botelya na maka disgrasya pa sa mga mandulaay. While everyone has the right to enjoy public spaces, we also have the responsibility to leave them clean and safe for the next users .. Broken glass on a playing surface is extremely dangerous .. What may seem like a small act of carelessness can put others at risk.
We respectfully ask everyone to please help us protect and maintain this space.. If you gather in the area, please clean up after yourselves. Dispose of your trash properly and avoid leaving bottles or anything that could harm others. Respeto lang sa lugar, sa Barangay na misuporta, ug sa mga volunteers na yaningkamot para may maduwaan ang tanan.
Cagwait Paddle Mates will continue to promote sportsmanship, health, and community engagement, but we cannot do it alone. We need everyoneโs cooperation and respect .. Letโs keep this court what it was meant to be, a place for play, friendship, and healthy living, not a place left in a mess after a party.
๐ Respect the court.
๐ Respect the community.
๐ Respect the effort behind it.
