Being a father, a husband and a hardworking professional is already a lot to balance. On top of that, you've built your career, a testament to your hard work, discipline, and dedication. 💪👏

We may not see you training with the team often because life keeps you busy, but what we admire is that you still find a way to train on your own. You make time whenever you can, proving that you don't need perfect circumstances to keep moving forward. Sometimes, it's simply about finding the time and making the most of it. 🏃‍♂️🔥

Last week, our Kirkies once again stepped up to the starting line for Sante Barley Trilogy Run AsiaLeg 3, ready to put their training, endurance, and determination to the test.

And this time, it was all about the distance. The challenge. The finish. 🔥

Every one of our runners delivered a strong finish, proving that the work put in during training matters when race day comes.

The longer the distance, the greater the challenge, but each kilometer was met with determination and grit. From 5K to 10K and all the way to 32K, our Kirkies showed up, pushed through, and crossed the finish line strong. 💪🔥
