LEGACY BUILT BY PASSION

Our very own Davao del Sur Provincial Commissioner, Popoy Hermosisima, continues to uphold a true legacy in developing quality arbiters across the Davao Region.

As one of the pioneers of Mindanao United Basketball Arbiters, Inc. (MUBAI), he has dedicated himself to the growth of basketball officiating, shaping countless officials into disciplined, competent, and principled arbiters.

Through years of commitment and selfless service, he has not only built strong foundations within the organization. Still, he has also inspired a new generation to pursue excellence, integrity, and professionalism on and off the court.

A legacy built on purpose. A leader driven by passion. A mentor whose impact will continue to echo in every whistle blown with honor.
