Our client is an established commercial cleaning company with an active website and social media presence, currently launching a second business that needs its digital presence built from the ground up.

They are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Virtual Assistant to grow online visibility, increase engagement, and generate leads. This is a collaborative role for someone who brings ideas, takes initiative, and becomes a trusted part of their team.

What You'll Be Doing
🎯 Manage and grow Facebook & Instagram presence
🎯 Create content to boost visibility and engagement
🎯 Build, update, and maintain company websites
🎯 Support marketing and lead generation efforts
🎯 Track projects and data using Excel
🎯 Contribute ideas to grow brand awareness and new business
🎯 Regular check-ins (daily or every other day)
🎯 Provide consistent project updates

What We're Looking For (Required Experience)
✔️ Digital marketing experience
✔️ Social media management & content creation
✔️ Website building & maintenance
✔️ Lead generation support
✔️ Strong communication & organization skills
✔️ Proficiency with Excel and marketing tools

Join Our Creative Team — We’re Hiring a Creative VA! 🎨

We’re looking for a creative and dependable Virtual Assistant to support our growing real estate business with flyer design, light video editing, and other creative tasks.

📍 Remote | Direct Client | CST Time Zone
📅 Schedule: Less than 10 hours/week (Mostly Monday–Wednesday)
💰 Rate: $7.00/hr (Opportunity for raises and additional hours as responsibilities grow)

What You’ll Do:
💼 Create real estate flyers using templates
💼 Occasionally design new flyers from scratch
💼 Light video editing
💼 Make revisions and updates as needed
💼 Communicate clearly about tasks and deadlines

Preferred Skills - Intermediate experience in similar creative work:
🛠 Canva
🛠 CapCut
🛠 Strong attention to detail
🛠 Open communication skills

💡 We’re looking for someone who can follow instructions well while also taking initiative when needed
