This month, we shine the spotlight on Xian Thyrell “Thai” Sambot, our Grade 7 swimmer who has been swimming for 3 years. 💙

After putting in the hard work during land training, our young Orcas enjoyed a well-earned meal together! 🐬❤️

Beyond swimming and training, it’s moments like these that bring our swimmers and parents closer—building friendships, laughter, and memories both inside and outside the pool.

No Pool? No Problem! 🐬💪🏀

Today, with the pool closed, our Orcas took the training out of the water and onto the court! 🏊‍♂️➡️🏀

Our young swimmers put in the work with a solid land training session at Easter School Gymnasium, building strength, mobility, coordination, and endurance that will help them become stronger swimmers. 💪🔥

And of course, while the kids were busy training, the dads had their own workout! 😂🏀 Nothing like a little basketball to keep the energy going!

Different venue, same commitment. 💯
Because being an Orca means finding a way to keep moving, keep improving, and keep having fun together! 🐬💙

🥶🌧️ Cold water. Rainy morning. Strong hearts. ❤️🏊‍♂️

There are days when training feels comfortable—and there are days like this.

The alarm goes off early.
The rain is coming down.
The water is freezing cold.

But our swimmers still get in.

That’s where passion becomes discipline.

It’s easy to train when everything is perfect. True dedication is showing up when it isn’t.

These early mornings may be tough, but they are shaping more than great swimmers. They are building resilient, disciplined, and determined young athletes.
