The OFTWAL Hulk Sandbag Kit is a versatile training tool that allows heavier loads (loadable up to 100 pounds) to uplevel your strength training. The OFTWAL Dynamo Sandbag Kit is loadable up to 40 pounds and comes with one durable outer shell and one filler bag.

The OFTWAL Dynamo Sandbag is a great tool for training rotational power, ballistic core movements, plyometrics, muscular endurance through high repetitions, and in high intensity interval and circuit training. The OFTWAL Captain Sandbag Kit is loadable up to 70 pounds and comes with two filler bags (one loadable up to 50 pounds and one loadable up to 25 pounds). The size and dimension of the Captain Sandbag allows for more versatility and variety in the exercises and movements for any training goals and fitness levels (beginner to advanced).

While the OFTWAL Captain Sandbag is loadable up to 70 pounds, we recommended loading this between 40 to 60 pounds for optimal sandbag training (the filler bags will not be fully loaded to create the desired instability in the bag).

At Oftwal, we believe in thinking differently and in having a new perspective in training for fitness that is beyond the traditional. We are huge believers of UNCONVENTIONAL TRAINING methods that utilizes implements that are considered odd objects such as sandbags and kettlebells.

Unconventional training is not about novelty or looking cool lifting and swinging odd objects though, but it’s about changing our mindset when it comes to training, a mindset that focuses training and developing the body as one functional unit rather than a collection of body parts. A training mindset that translates better for real world applications. Being the machine rather than training with machines.

The name OFTWAL (pronounced as of-twol) is our spin to the phrase “off the wall”, in honor to those who have the courage to challenge the norm so they could be the best athletes in the greatest sport called life.

The Oftwal Sandbags have three sizes: the Dynamo (small), Captain (medium), and Hulk (large). This allows for the weight of the sandbag to be changed, just like a barbell. However, in the Oftwal Sandbag training system, there are many variables that can be programmed aside from changing the weight. The different sizes allows for variable dimension and shifting to different levels of instability during workout. Each particular dimension of the Oftwal Sandbags allows us to focus on various elements of fitness. With the three sizes of the Oftwal sandbag, you can have the equivalent of a huge gym’s versatility and puposeful variety.
