Today, we celebrate not only your 13th birthday but also the wonderful, strong, and talented young gymnast you are becoming. Your hard work, determination, courage, and passion for gymnastics inspire us so much. To my incredible Men’s and Women’s Artistic Gymnastics athletes,

As your coach, I want you to know how proud I am to each one of you for representing us in Palarong Pambansa 2026. I know how much effort, discipline, sacrifice, sweat, and determination you poured into every training session and every performance.

Although the results may not have been what we hoped for, please remember this: not winning does not mean failing. The courage to compete, to stand on the competition floor, to give your best against the nation’s strongest athletes, and to carry yourselves with heart and determination is already something to be proud of.

Every routine, every fall, every challenge, and every lesson is part of your growth—not just as gymnasts, but as strong and resilient individuals.
This competition does not define who you are or what you can become. Instead, let it inspire you, teach you, and make you stronger for the next opportunity. Continue believing in yourselves, continue working hard, and never stop chasing your dreams. Your journey in gymnastics is far from over.

As you step onto the competition floor for Palarong Pambansa 2026 in Agusan del Sur, remember that you are already champions for reaching this moment. Every drop of sweat, every fall, every repetition, and every sacrifice has prepared you for this stage.

Believe in your training, trust your skills, and perform with confidence. Do not let pressure overpower your passion. Stay focused, stay disciplined, and give your best in every routine. Win or lose, what matters most is showing courage, heart, sportsmanship, and pride as you represent your team.
