Proud moment for our BEPE majors 💚

Through PHED 206 & PHED 217, our 2nd and 3rd year students turned learning into action—bringing wellness to life for our BYPC residents at Bahay Pag-asa. From a high-energy Zumba start that got everyone moving, to a meaningful wellness talk that reminded us to care for our body, mind, and relationships, the day unfolded with purpose and connection.

The energy continued through friendly games of pickleball, frisbee, volleyball, and basketball, where laughter, teamwork, and genuine interaction filled the space. After sharing snacks and moments together, the activity wrapped up with a fun karaoke session—creating memories that go beyond the classroom.

More than just activities, this CSLP left something meaningful behind—through donated sports equipment and a newly painted court, a simple reminder that wellness is something we continue to build together. The day ended on a high note with a friendly basketball match between BEPE and BYPC, celebrating not just skills, but connection.

A truly meaningful and successful CSLP—where movement, learning, and service came together. 💚
