To my incredible Men’s and Women’s Artistic Gymnastics athletes,
As your coach, I want you to know how proud I am to each one of you for representing us in Palarong Pambansa 2026. I know how much effort, discipline, sacrifice, sweat, and determination you poured into every training session and every performance.
Although the results may not have been what we hoped for, please remember this: not winning does not mean failing. The courage to compete, to stand on the competition floor, to give your best against the nation’s strongest athletes, and to carry yourselves with heart and determination is already something to be proud of.
Every routine, every fall, every challenge, and every lesson is part of your growth—not just as gymnasts, but as strong and resilient individuals.
This competition does not define who you are or what you can become. Instead, let it inspire you, teach you, and make you stronger for the next opportunity. Continue believing in yourselves, continue working hard, and never stop chasing your dreams. Your journey in gymnastics is far from over.
I am proud for all of you—today and always. Hold your heads high because you represented with courage, pride, and heart the City of Bacolod and the Negros Island Region. . Keep training, keep dreaming, and keep believing. Your time will come. 🤸♂️🤸♀️💙
And to the very supportive parents your untiring and unconditional love and support to our athletes is the reason why they push forward to reach their goals, have a courage and a superb performance, thank you mommies and daddies 🙏🙏🙏 ...
no matter what the result is... I, as your father, as your coach, as your trainer, as your Tito is always proud of what you've become💪💪💪
Your Papa Coach/Trainor,
Coach Pido 'Reidwolf' Cervantes
