Every Saturday & Sunday
8:30 AM to 11:00 AM
Venue: EBJ Plaza, San Jose de Buenavista, Antique

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Open to all interested individuals
- No prior martial arts experience required
- Beginners are welcome

REQUIREMENTS:
Please wear jogging pants and a t-shirt. Bring your own water and towel.
