What a weekend! 💪

A massive THANK YOU to the Port Moresby community for making our Life Gym Open Day a huge success. We had an incredible turnout with 210 people through the doors!

Shout out to everyone who joined a free class, tried the equipment, or took on our fitness challenge. Congrats to the 6 winners who walked away with free short-term gym memberships, and to everyone who snagged a free Life Gym cap!

At Life Gym, we’re committed to creating awareness about the importance of fitness and giving back to the community. Events like our Open Day are one way we do that - making fitness accessible, fun, and welcoming for everyone.
