🐴✨ Meet Our Magnificent Trio! 🌿❤️

Ayla (our confident grey leader),
Sky (our playful 10-month-old foal), and
Knight (our gentle black beauty)

They make up a small but fascinating herd.💖

Did you know? A herd can be as small as three horses, and while harmony isn’t always the theme, their unique dynamics show us the beauty of connection and individuality. 

Our herd’s story is a testament to the lessons of growth, love, and unity that nature offers.

Ayla, Sky’s mother, takes her alpha role seriously—sometimes a bit too much for Knight’s liking! But when it comes to Sky, her patience shines through. Sky’s youthful curiosity keeps the herd on its toes, and both Ayla and Knight are incredibly tolerant of his playful antics.

Every herd tells its own story, and ours reminds us that relationships are as much about learning and growth as they are about love and connection.

I never thought I would share this on social media!

Sometimes challenges arise in our lives, and we fall into victimhood. We complain: Why is this happening to me? I really don’t need this sh*& right now.  Maybe you can relate?

During the time I lived in Taiwan 🇹🇼, I suffered from dis-ease, and the doctors, acupuncturists, and energy healers I consulted couldn’t make a diagnosis. 

🤧I had so many symptoms: the ongoing flu, digestive issues, allergies, fatigue, brain fog, skin issues…  I wasn’t feeling like myself. ⛈️ It was not my finest hour. 🥀

🧭 One day, someone showed up in my life for a brief moment (that’s another story!) and shared that she had been diagnosed with candida overgrowth by a naturopath ⚠️ and had overcome it over time. Finally I had a lead! 🙏

I turned to Dr. Google 🧐 and candida yeast syndrome was the cause of my symptoms! 😲 I read every blog and article I could find. I felt so empowered to find out I could heal myself by making the right food 🥢and lifestyle choices. 💪 This turned into a passion for nutrition ❤ and a calling to help others deal with candida overgrowth. 

I am sharing this with you today because looking back with hindsight, I can appreciate having lived this health challenge. I gained so much from overcoming it.  This experience helped me grow exponentially on my wellness journey. 🌱 It planted the seed for my career as a wellness coach!
