Too often, I hear âI want to lose weightâ or âI want to tone upâ⊠but without a clear plan, those goals fade fast.
Thatâs where SMART goals come in:
đč Specific â Know exactly what you're working toward.
đč Measurable â Track your progress and celebrate those wins.
đč Achievable â Stretch yourself, but keep it realistic.
đč Relevant â Align with what really matters to YOU.
đč Time-Bound â Set a deadline. Create urgency. Stay focused.
