To move my clients way of thinking and shift their mindset, I use various NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) tools and techniques, hypnotheraphy, the Self Concept model etc and offer general guidance. I am skilled in getting clients to understand themselves better whereby they can make decisions on their career, love and relationships, health and well-being etc
I work on the emotional areas of my clients life and release any fears, phobias, anger, shame, guilt, anxiety, limiting beliefs. I work with clients of all age groups, from children to seniors adults. My interests and skills are wide ranging but all veer towards ensuring my clients benefit from a holistic approach to overcoming any problem they are encountering in their life.
