Yi. Qi. Shen.

Intention governs every movement.

When the mind is clear, the body follows.

Move with purpose, flow with energy, and let your spirit lead.

Since the very beginning of our existence, our cells have been sensing everything happening in their environment and storing these experiences
as memories.

These memories remain alive within us and gradually become our default programming.

They help explain many of the behaviours that seem irrational or impossible to understand through logic alone.

Whenever we say:
"I don't know why I keep feeling this emotion."
"I don't know why I keep behaving this way."

"Why do I keep sabotaging my relationships or my success?" Or, as someone recently said to me:
"This depression doesn't feel like mine, it feels like my mother's."

These are often signs that an unconscious program stored within the body is replaying itself without our awareness.
The key to breaking this cycle lies in the body.

This is why I am so passionate about body memory. I believe that the body
holds both the meaning of our experiences and the pathway toward
transformation.

● A book I highly recommend:

The Biology of Belief by Bruce Lipton.

It is remarkable how the most significant events of our lives often repeat themselves in cycles, recreating the same emotional states—the same
feeling of abandonment, humiliation, injustice, the same sensation of not being chosen, not being loved.

It is as if a program has been imprinted into the body, silently running the
same pattern over and over again at specific moments in time, often around what are known as anniversary dates.

These repetitive cycles can often be traced, almost as though the body has its own internal clock. At a particular date, in a particular year, a similar emotional shock may resurface, sometimes with even greater intensity than before.

These are what we call unconscious patterns or unconscious programming.

This is precisely what we explore through body memory work. We follow the thread back to the origin of the wound stored within the body.

We meet it, witness it, allow it to be seen, accept it, and, when the time is right, forgive. As this process unfolds, it is as if the program gradually
dissolves on its own.

How long does it take?

No one truly knows—except the body.
And that is an essential point: it is the body that knows, not the mind.

What if we were left with no distraction.

Forced to be with ourselves ?

What would we do and how would we react ?

To anyone who feels mentally and emotionally exhausted...
To anyone standing on the edge of despair, overwhelmed by dark thoughts, carrying
burdens that feel too heavy to bear...
And who doesn't feel ready for therapy, doesn't believe it will help, or simply cannot
afford it...
My invitation is simple:Move. Not exercise for performance.Just move.Move in a way that allows your emotions to flow instead of remaining trapped within you.

Because when emotions are never expressed, they can leave us feeling stuck,
disconnected, and overwhelmed.
My own natural antidepressant is slow, mindful movement: spiral movements on the floor, Qi Gong, or any practice that invites you to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with yourself.
When we are suffering, we often disconnect from our bodies. We want to escape them.
The invitation is to do the opposite.
To gently come back.
To feel your body again.
Sometimes, healing doesn't begin by finding the right words.Sometimes, it begins by simply coming home to yourself—one movement at a time.

We do not experience the world only through our thoughts.

We experience it through the memories our body still carries. Our memories are alive.

They continue to shape how we feel, what we fear, what we avoid, who we are drawn
to, and how we respond to life.Years later, certain situations, emotions, or relationships may awaken those same patterns, as if the past were still asking to be seen.

Until what has remained unheard is finally acknowledged…Until what has remained unseen is finally witnessed…Until what has remained unprocessed can begin to transform.

Our memories are not just stories of the past.
They continue to live through us—until we learn to meet them with awareness.

The purpose of my therapeutic practice the one I love to apply to myself and the one I love to share is simply to help vitality emerge from within,
to awaken joy, and that feeling of an inner smile.
It is about learning to enter into relation with our experience to transform them.

I do not believe there is anything inherently wrong with us that needs to be fixed.

Rather, it is about entering into a relationship with everything that causes pain within us, so that it can transform.

Through my own experience, I have come to believe that what we call trauma is often the inability to accept what is happening to us.
And what if what we perceive as an obstacle is not really an obstacle at all,but contains the very strength we need?

Instead of trying to remove, suppress, or get rid of a problem, a pain, an addiction, a flaw, or a fear, perhaps we should try to enter into a relationship with it. To enter into a relationship with ourselves.
