I was toying with the idea of buying a kayak, but I don't have money. So all I could do was pray, then ask around while shopping! LOL
I asked one customer who I knew used to kayak, but the last time she came to my store, she didn't seem to be using the kayak.
I asked if I could buy it from her. She agreed. But when I went to pick it up, she refused pay! She said all the fish you give to others for free, especially those in need, become an offering to God, I want to partake in that giving, so if you fish with my kayak, then I will automatically be rewarded! Praise be to God! So now I have to protect the kayak during transportation. I went and got this heavy-duty custom cut and stitched trunk cover all for less than $30!

So the TPMS on my Dodge Durango was failing, one sensor at a time. I'm one of those that believes in TPMS and it has helped me a lot. I know it is expensive to go back to the dealer and install new sensors. So I went to a Chinese friend of mine and bought the sensors and had them installed at a fraction of the cost. My Subaru needed vehicle inspection, but it would not happen until I first renew the Dodge Durango which I did not renew last year. But I returned from the USA with parts to repair the dodge and get it through inspection... BUT, in Oman regardless of how much thread is on your tyres, if they are old, they fail! This is because the tyres will dry-rott due to extreme heat and dust, they then become slippery and harzadous. So I got a pair from a friend (he didn't want his old ones which he purchased last November). This is the tyre change experience.

It was hard to find a flight back to Oman since the "second" war in the Gulf had started back in Feb this year. But finally I was able to fly on Turkish Airlines to Istanbul and back to Oman. The day after my arrival, I wanted to know if I could still fish salt waters and catch mackerel fish... hahaha

On my last day of vacation before leaving the USA to return to work in Oman, I went back to Port of Liberty and had cool long conversation with an ex-cop, from Liberty. He was fishing again for the 1st time since he got married long ago. After an hour and half of being there, he decided to leave. He gave me his tub of chicken livers & a tub of night crawlers. That made my day. I caught so many fish in such a little time.
