This class is all about building strength, flow, and smooth transitions on and off the floor. Whether you’re new or experienced, you’ll learn to move with intention while finding your own signature style.

Open Level- everyone welcome

Starts 1st May

With a long-standing background in jazz and as a practising physiotherapist, Tess brings the perfect mix of flavour, finesse, and fancy moves. She’s passionate about correct body movement and muscle use, helping you dance stronger, safer and with plenty of spicy movements.

Her classes will break down movements and techniques with a focus on those tricky floor moves.

Calling all our 55+ Ladies

Firstly just to be clear our classes are inclusive of absolutely ALL ladies over 18, however we’ve had some interest at Rhythm & Spice Dance in starting a heels-style dance class specifically just for our 55+ ladies 💃🔥

Before we lock it into our regular schedule, we want to see if there’s enough interest to make it happen! This would be a fun, empowering space to move your body, build confidence, and connect with an amazing group of women 💕
