As you go through your final preparations, remember to stay calm, stay focused, and stay confident. You've put in the training, and now it's time to trust in your abilities and give it your all.
Make sure you get a good night's sleep, eat well, and stay hydrated. And don't forget to check your gear, pack your race day essentials, and plan your route to the event.
Tomorrow is going to be an epic day of swimming, biking, and running, and we can't wait to see you all in action! Remember, this is your moment to shine, so go out there and make it count. 🌟💪

The Fireco Kai Iwi Lakes Triathlon on 29 April 2023 features a choice of a short or long course and options for teams. The start, finish and transition areas are all based at Pine Beach where there is camping available so you can really make a weekend of it.
