It’s quite exceptional to see a secondary school student named in an international netball squad but to also be selected at Opens level for a second year makes this achievement even more special. 🌟
Another huge congratulations to Lizzy Adrole, who has been named in the Manawatū Green Opens team. Lizzy continues to put herself into environments that will challenge and grow her game.
When you have Silver Fern Parris Mason named alongside you in the same team, it gives you an idea of the calibre of players Lizzy will be training and competing with, and the experience she will gain from being immersed in an Open Women’s environment will be invaluable.
And what an environment to step into, with 2025 WCS Senior A coach James Laursen named as coach of Manawatū Green. They are incredibly lucky to have you, James, we know firsthand the knowledge, care and quality you bring to your players.
And lastly congratulations to former WCS student Madysen Petley, who has been named in the Manawatū White Opens team.
