There was an overwhelming response to this post, so I will run 2x lots of back to back programmes, which means everyone hopefully can get in before Christmas .
I was hoping to do Wednesdays, but this isn't set in stone.
This will be a relaxed space where we work on basic fundamentals post birth, think breathing technique, core engagement and all things pelvic floor 🤗
Please make sure you have Drs clearance before returning to working out 🫡

As I get ready to reactivate the app, some basic reminders are important.

*All bookings will now be done through the app.
* There is a 24-hour cancellation fee .
* Classes are 45 minutes.
* Weight limit of 120kg on machines.
* Height limit of 2mtrs on machines.
* Speak to me first about injuries, I can not be modifying classes during the workout.
* Must be over 16 years
* If you do suffer from vertigo, this probably isn't for you.

I have had so many enquiries lately, and although this makes me feel greatful (and I am) I also know that my family is very young and I won't ever get this time with them back, so as much as I'd love to be back doing alot more classes, they still will be limited for the time being. They may also appear from time to time in classes.

Look forward to seeing all of you (new and existing) again soon.
