Jumping rope has been part of my life ever since I started playing sports as a teenager. I genuinely believe it has helped improve my movement in every sport I've tried, and the ones I still enjoy today.

For footwork, coordination, balance, rhythm, and agility, it's one of the best training tools you can have. And if you keep going for longer sessions, it's also an excellent cardio workout.

Over the years, I've also taught other people how to jump rope, and many of them tell me it's made a real difference to their health and fitness. To be fair, almost any form of exercise will improve your health; but I love jumping rope because it's simple, affordable, and you can do it almost anywhere.

I never travel without my jump rope. It doesn't take up much space, and whenever I have a few spare minutes, I'm ready to get moving.

How about you? What keeps you on your toes?
