Are you ready to make a change?

If you're sick of having low energy, struggling with aches and pains, and would love to get stronger and more flexible in a supportive, friendly environment, I can help!

I specialise in small groups (4-5 clients) and private sessions for one or two people, on mixed Pilates apparatus in every class. You'll get a well-rounded workout that could include chair, springboard, arc, ladder barrel, reformer and trapeze table, as well as smaller props too.

You'll feel the difference in your strength, balance, mobility, coordination, and mood after every class!

I can't believe how quickly this first year has gone 😳

To celebrate, all clients with a current 5 or 10 class pass on Sept 1st will get an extra class added to their pass for FREE! It's a little thank you for 12 months of support (and for all your hard work, good times, and laughs along the way!)

If you're ready to give Pilates a go, I have a couple of spots left in my $20 intro class on Sat August 29th at 11am - and if you grab a 5 or 10 class pass afterwards, you'll get that extra free class too 😉

My Monday night yoga class is suitable for all ages, genders, and levels of ability - everyone is welcome. Options are offered so you can move in the way that works for your body, with an emphasis on breath and mindfulness rather than performing perfect yoga poses.

4 spots in each class, $20 per person, these classes are a great way to have a go with other beginners.
