I have a couple of spaces left in my Friday 9am Pilates mat group! Classes are held at my quiet, private studio at 15 Martyn St, Waiuku.

We're starting a new 10-week block on Fri 27th, and you don't have to be fit or experienced to get started - it doesn't even matter if you sometimes get your left and your other left mixed up 🤣

Fridays, 9am
March 27th to May 29th incl - no class on Fri April 3 (Good Friday)
9 classes - $162
Suitable for all ages, genders, and levels of ability, including beginners.

This one is always a crowd favourite when i include it in classes - not everybody is comfortable lying all the way over the Pilates arc (and that's okay!) but everyone enjoys working within their range to get some degree of spinal extension over the curve.

In this month's sequence we've been doing half-rolldowns and I've been having to remind everyone that we're NOT going into that lovely extension, as tempting as it is! They do get to stretch over it after they've done their ab work though - i'm not a complete monster 😂
