Hey Team, as most of you are aware, we have well and truly moved back to NZ! We have decided to start our own business, Parkshot Mechanics, doing all things mechanical, from small engines and machines, light vehicles, heavy vehicles, and right through to the BIG GEAR!! We offer mobile mechanical services throughout Hawkes Bay. With yards available if need be. If you could please follow & like our page or check out our website, that would be great! So good to be back kitting up with the boys in blue again !! Auckland teams is right up there with 1 of our favourite meetings !! Defending champs the pressure is on !! The line up of quality drivers in each team is ridiculous !! And with the forecast showing the sun shining, we are in for an absolute treat !!

For myself a special thanks has to go to Safe Store Storage & Repco New Zealand for getting us here & also to for the use of his car. Also the rest of our team sponsors it’s a massive effort to go teams racing this late in the season so let’s hope we can put on a show for all involved!!

Thanks to for the car !! Pretty cool to get a skid in it before we suit back up with the Auckland Allstars Superstock Team for teams nationals in a couple weeks . This is an older Rees chassis with a llama engineering Toyota V8 looking forward to getting some laps in !!

We’re reaching out directly to car owners who are keen to support the team and be part of something big. If you’ve got a reliable, competitive car sitting there and would be keen to help us out and see it out on track representing the Allstars, this is your chance.

Your car will be respected, well looked after, and driven by an experienced driver in one of the biggest team events of the season.

Finally abit of time to sit back, reflect, appreciate and thank a few people on another awesome teams champs !! Grab a coffee & settle in we have a novel.

Our lead up to teams champs was nothing short of exciting, getting a phone call mid off season asking if I would join the team again and have another crack it was an easy yes !! So thanks to Repco New Zealand & Safe Store Storage for getting me back to join the team !!

The build up and team environment leading into Palmy was once again on point from Geoff Cook, Kim Fergusson Jamie Fergusson & the rest of our team crew !!

With our draw being being labelled as “the group of death “ it was always going to be an exciting qualifying night, our first race against the Wanganui warriors & in my opinion the race of the night ABSOLUTELY BRUTAL from the get go thankfully we got the win but in doing so suffered some major damage , our next race was against the defending champs the glen eagles, we just didn’t quiet have enough time to fix my car to make this race & unfortunately the boys weren’t able to get the win . With how the races panned out we were 10 points short of making the top 8 , meaning our teams racing was done for the weekend.

I would be lieing if I said I didn’t miss it. Being back made me realise how much I love this s**t !! We truely do have somthing special here in New Zealand , and we truely do have something very special at TEAMS CHAMPS , regardless of the results people who race & people who don’t race come back year after year to see the greatest show on dirt !!

With big plans in place we WILL be back for Auckland teams Nationals and we can’t wait one of our most favourite meetings we look forward too.

If there ever was an incident to summarize Randal Tarrant - 66A Superstock return to Teams Champs last weekend, I'm sure we can all agree that this was it.....well...'figuratively' 😁

We've all seen the many videos from the incident, and it's fair to say...it looked like Randy was sent home packing back to Perth just as he pretty much landed back in NZ 😜thanks Lofty 🫳😉

All jokes aside, It was good to have our mate 'Randog' back in Safe Store Storage Auckland Allstars colours, and although it was only brief ....it was great to have him back nonetheless 💙

Now of course it wasn't an easy task making it possible for him to return and we need to acknowledge Safe Store Storage & Repco New Zealand for their assistance 🙌

And of course a MASSIVE thank you to Craig & Tina L Chatfield for allowing the use of their car for Randal to race in 🫡
