100-Ball Tournament Day 1 Wrap-Up!

An action-packed Day 1 of the 100-Ball Tournament saw thrilling matches as 9 teams battled it out across 3 groups. Each team played 2 games, showcasing incredible talent, passion, and grit on the field.

After an intense day of cricket, the top 3 teams from each group qualified for the semi-finals: Panthers Petone Cricket club , Fateh , Raisers XI.

Joining them as the fourth semi-finalist is East Leopards, who secured their spot with the highest run rate among all the second-place teams across the groups.

Congratulations to the semi-finalists, and well played to all the teams for giving their all! Stay tuned as the tournament heats up tomorrow with the semi-finals. Who will emerge victorious? 🏆

The Manawatu IPL Cup is back for 2024 starting with pool games this Saturday at Fitzherbert and Manawaroa Park starting from 9.45am.

The teams play 3 x 15 over games in pools of 4 on Saturday before being split into 4 divisions for Semi Finals and Finals on Sunday.

Come on down and finish the cricket season off by watching 16 teams battle it out for the Manawatu IPL Cup title!

Well Played Team Panthers 👏👏

Tean has registered another victory as the beat Mavericks and won the game by 63 runs.

Batting first they had some good partnerships and managed to get 210 runs in their inning.

While bowling our bolwers did an amazing job again and restricted the Macericks team to just 147 runs.

Wel done boys we are really proud on you. Keep the winning streak going and all the best for next game.
