Come and join our Circuit Exercise Training class and get a great full-body workout! 💪
Led with gusto by Rob De Paulo (who has a background in fitness training), this is a friendly supportive atmosphere for all fitness levels.
What is it you ask? There are 10 'stations' and at each, you'll do a specific exercise for 30 seconds, then there is 15 seconds to move to the next station. After two rounds, we break for a few minutes and then do two more rounds.
Each week, Rob will change it up a bit. You might be skipping, doing squats or lunges, weights or battling ropes. It's a mix of exercises to keep you motivated and target various muscle groups. Rob will offer variations for those who need it and you can sit out a station or a round if you need to or push a little harder if you want the challenge.
After a warm-up and before a cool-down, it's 30 minutes of rewarding hard yakka - you'll love it! 😍🏆
