TWO new ways to move at wellness station, strength + stretch reformer ‘yin style’

Strength Reformer has been designed to help you build real strength through progressive training principles, combining the benefits of Pilates with heavier springs, dumbbells and functional movement patterns.
Expect classes focused on:
• Building strength and stability
• Improving bone density
• Challenging yourself at your own level
• Moving with confidence
Whether you’re new to strength training or already love a challenge, this class is designed to meet you where you’re are. You choose your weights and intensity, all we ask is that you’re ready to push a little beyond our regular reformer classes.
🤍 Stretch Reformer ‘yin style’
Many of you still talk about Jess’s much-loved Yin classes from the old studio, so we’re bringing some of that same Thursday night wind down, with a reformer twist.
Think slow movement, longer holds, deep stretches, eye masks, a cosy atmosphere and the perfect way to unwind before bed.
A chance to slow down, switch off and finish your week feeling relaxed, restored and ready for a great night’s sleep.
And while we’re feeling nostalgic, tea is back in reception for you to enjoy before or after class. ☕
