6/12/25
Waikaraka park- Auckland

Race 1
Grid 24-8th

13/12/25
Stratford speedway

It was the teams first ever time at Stratford
With a classy field of 54 ministocks from around the country
Cars were split into 2 groups for qualifying & then the finals were held over two heats
We managed to qualify & finish 7= overall 👍

21/12/25
Waharoa speedway

We headed back to were it all began for the Annual A club champs
Super hot long day & tricky track conditions
We finished the day with no damage & 5th overall in the A champs

28/12/25
Bay park speedway Tauranga

We returned to the massive baypark oval & had 3 solid runs with no damage

2/1/26 - 3/1/26
Oceanview speedway Whanganui

He headed to Whanganui for the Annual oceanview 5000

Unofficially the biggest ministock event with 166 other competitors
The field was split into groups for qualifying on the first night

Day 2 we raced Tier 1 with 26 super fast competitors from around the country

The team travelled to awapuni speedway Gisborne for the ministock 100
After some awesome battles on track we managed to finish 1st equal overall with 28a Jaxon
1st & 2nd was decided on the fastest lap time
As always a wicked event
Congrats to Jaxon & Josh

Race 1 finished 1st 🥇
Race 2 finished 4th
Race 3 finished 1st 🥇

Waikaraka park opening
After the long awaited revamp of our home track we were excited to see how the new track was
Well done to the team on getting it to where it is now
Wicked night of racing on the new banked track

Well our 25/26 season has officially started😎

During the offseason the old 17a was sold to the Hawke’s Bay, we wish the new driver all the best

We were lucky enough to purchase the ex 972r ministock
It was given a new look & a couple of shake down practices at huntly speedway

1/11/25
The team made the trek to Awapuni speedway Gisborne for there best pairs opening meeting
As always the track prep & hospitality was top notch

Race 1 Grid 4 finished 1st 🥇

Race 2 Grid 12 finished 5th

Race 3 Grid 8 finished 2nd 🥈

Overall finishing 2nd in best pairs with 12g
Congratulations to all the other placings

The team travelled to Bay park speedway Mt maunganui for there opening fireworks meeting
This was the first time on track for our driver

Race 1 Grid 13 finished 6th

Race 2 Grid 2 finished 2nd 🥈

Race 3 Grid 19 finished 2nd 🥈

Overall finishing 1st 🥇 equal with 82a steven

The fastest lap time decides 1st/2nd

Congratulations to steven & troy on there placings

The car will receive maintenance & prep ready for this coming weekend as we head back to Gisborne for the Ministock 100

End of season wrap up

Sorry folks the page has been mia this season due to technical difficulties 😮‍💨
This year has been a massive one for our team travelling the length of the country, meeting new people, learning & most of all lots of laughs
Lots of ups & downs with mechanical dramas but we finished on a high
Highlight was definitely the 2025 Rees tour (ticking off every snz track in the South Island)

Winter update

After some long hours in the shed we are all but ready to start the season
The car has had an overhaul & fresh steel work

Late August we attended waharoa speedway’s prizegiving where korby collected his trophy for the club champs run during the season
Our team boss aka mum was also presented with a trophy for her volunteer work at the track on race days
Volunteers are crucial at small clubs to keep them going so was a nice reward for her hard work

Our first hit out this season is this weekend at harrisville speedway (just south of bulls) for a 2 day meeting the first annual ministock rumble

Steve & Kate Eggers from Lift n Shift Ltd have generously backed our little team from day one
Tragically Kate passed away recently
Our thoughts are with the entire Eggers family at this difficult time but she will ride along on every lap

4th of may was the long awaited snz debut for korby, he finally got his first race meeting at Auckland s waikaraka park
Being on the youth mentor programme he has to start off the back of the grid
He started grid 23 in all 3 heats for the night and finished

Race 1 -12th
Race 2 -13th
Race 3 - 12th

With very respectable lap times for his first ever time on the track and amongst some strong competition he made us all very proud

Sunday 5th may saw us at waharoa speedway for there final meeting of the season
Due to massive competitor numbers on the day we were cut to only 2 races finishing inside the top ten in both

May 12th the team had a day at meremere dirt track club
Awesome day in the sunshine with korby having a successful day getting

Race 1 - 2nd
Race 2- 1st
Race 3- 2nd

June 1st/2nd seen the team make the big trek up to nz’s most northern track at taipa
Epic weekend with an awesome crew
A brilliant way to end the season with 22 ministocks making the trip up
Korby managed to qualify for the top group on day one and pick up 2 wins over the weekend and had some great battles on track
Huge thanks to fredo & Ashley for all there organising
This brings our season to an end and we now focus on repairs and maintenance for the car & team with some exciting things in the pipeline

Overall a very successful season and meeting some amazing people/families along the way can’t wait to do it all again next season

Thank you to all the people that took time to come watch/ support me at the track

Been a bit slack on updates sorry

10th March saw us at waharoa for there annual B club champs
Another well organised day in the sun ☀️
Format was two groups of cars to find the top 16 qualifyers
Korby qualified 5th for the final and managed to finish 3rd 🥉 for the B champs

Congratulations to maz & charlie on there placings🏁

27th March waharoa was unfortunately rained out so we headed to meremere dirt track club for a fun day with the Blastacars Auckland Racing Team
3 clean races with no damage

Easter we were invited to run at meremere dirt track’s annual 2 day nationals meet
Epic weekend with an awesome bunch of people Creating memories for the kids
huge thanks to blasta cars Auckland for the goodies & prizes

13th April was a false start as this was to be korbys first snz meeting at waikaraka park speedway
Unfortunately after getting license & greensheeting done and arriving at waikaraka park the weather had other ideas and we had yet another rainout☔️

27th April saw us travel to Whangārei speedway for the northland ministock champs
Was great to tick another track off the list
Awesome well organised day with a top bunch of people
18 ministocks contested the champs with korby getting 8th overall
Huge thanks to Paul smith & blasta cars Auckland for there sponsorship of the meeting

All going well we get our long awaited first snz meeting on the 4th may at Auckland’s waikaraka park🤞

Another awesome day at waharoa speedway😎

Korby raced in the A group for the first time today
He really enjoyed rubbing shoulders with the seasoned snz drivers (12-17 year olds)
After 3 clean races he finished 3rd equal for the day 👍
Congratulations to Campbell, Aidan & Reeve on their placings
