Thank you for all the amazing support over the last few weeks. I am so excited for this new chapter of my life.
I will miss each of you who come to weekly yoga.
As a thank you, this Sunday will be a free class, Christian Romero from Hands On Reiki will be joining me. This class will be 50 minutes of yoga followed by a 20 minute sound healing.
Starting at 10am No 5 George St.
And you’re all invited! If you wish to stay after I will be providing a morning tea ❤️❤️

I hope to you see on the mat one last time.

Good morning yoga community ☺️

I have some news to share with you all, this June I will be embarking on a new journey.
With a heavy heart I have decided to step away from teaching yoga, to focus on my studies.
This journey has been incredible, I have learnt and grown so much. Teaching each and every one of you is always the highlight of my week and I have made life long friends along the way. The support I have received has been incredible. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for believing and trusting in me 🙏

My final teaching day will be June the 7th! So come along and use up your class pass. If you are seeking a new yoga teacher please reach out to me, because there are so many beautiful teachers in the community.

I am back!!

After an incredible 17 days in Bali with my family, many swims, hot days, laughs and beers, I am ready to get back into the swing of things.

This Sunday I am back to regular programming.
I will continue beach yoga if the weather is good-not looking great for Sunday though.

Temuka-myself and Christian will be holding a speacial evening of yoga and sound. More to post later 😉

A gentle space to slow down, rest, and let the sounds do the work.

During the session you’ll be lying down while different instruments create vibrations that help calm the nervous system and bring deep relaxation.

If you have not heard, I am taking a holiday!
I’ll be flying out of nz this Friday.
There won’t be any classes while I am away.

Classes will be starting back up Sunday 19th of April.
