Last weekend I attended the Regional Business Women’s Conference. What a great experience! I met some amazing women and came away feeling inspired and energised. One of the speakers was Amy Cronhelm, who owns Wild Jewels with her sister, Liza. She told us about the Michael Cronhelm Foundation Trust, which they set up to continue the work started by their brother, Michael, who died of cancer in 2004. They have been involved in bringing education to children in a remote village in Kenya, building and stocking a library, and their company continues to support work in the region.
A couple of very inspiring women who are certainly ‘walking the talk’ and channelling change (the theme of the conference). They make beautiful jewellery, too. ~ Robyn Coulter
