Come down for a couple of hours of social football, laughs, fresh air and good company ⚽️💗

Absolutely no experience needed. It doesn’t matter if you haven’t kicked a ball in years, have never played before, or just want to get out and have some fun. This is for ALL women 🙌

⏰ 1pm to 3pm
📍 Rec Park Fields

Got kids? Bring them along, we’ll have someone there to keep an eye on them while you play.

No boots? No worries. Joggers are absolutely fine and we have some spare gear available too.

Bring a plate to share if you can, a water bottle and yourself! 💕

No pressure. No commitment. Just good vibes, a kick around and a chance to connect with some awesome local women.

No pressure, no expectations, just getting out there, giving it a go and backing each other.

Whether you’ve played for years or haven’t touched a ball since school, you’re welcome here.

Bring the kids, bring a plate, bring yourself. That’s all you need.

Come on down and join us for some football fun!
Our Women's Kick & Connect programme is the perfect chance for mums and women of all abilities to get active, have a laugh, and meet new people.
👟 No boots? No worries! Joggers are absolutely fine.
⚽ Never played before? That's okay too—everyone is welcome!
👧 Bring the kids along—we'll have someone there to keep them entertained while you play.
🥤 Stay afterwards for drinks and shared kai with the group.
With the power out, why not spend the time outdoors, connecting with your community and giving football a go?

We’re back and we’d love to see some new faces (and old ones too 👀)

If you’re over 18 and keen for a bit of fun, a run around, or just something different on a Sunday, come give it a go. No experience needed at all.
It’s super relaxed, no pressure, just good vibes, a bit of movement and a chance to connect with other women in the community 💛

Bring a plate to share if you can. We’ll have some snacks, drinks and a good yarn after.

Got kids? Bring them along 👏
We’ve got someone there to keep an eye on them while you jump in and play, so you can actually enjoy it.

Joggers are totally fine, or have a go with some boots from the gear shed ⚽
