Well that’s it for the Club Championships for 2026, Singles Finals played today, some stunning tennis on a stunning fine, sunny afternoon! Congratulations to Miriama Iversen for taking out the Ladies’ Singles (runner up - Mel Fergusson) and to Takahiko Sasaki for success in the Men’s Singles (runner up - Matthew Toon). Also congratulations to Kevin Smith, winner of the Men’s Plate finals match (runner up - Edward van Boheemen).
And, a big thank you to our Club Captain, Anette Goetter for organising all three championship events and for spectators who turned out to support our players during the competition and for the Finals events.
