After a few tough games the MHS Girls had their first win of the tournament this afternoon with a win over New Plymouth GHS.

Tomorrow they play Hamilton girls at 11.50 with next game dependant on win or loss. Some excellent learning has been going on with the win being a great morale booster for the team.

This is the last week of pool matches with the FINALS being played on Tuesday the 31st of March.



The start times are a little later this week as we are assisting with the Top of the South Island Area Schools tournament at Saxton Stadium. We will get to the MRC as quickly as we can after their match’s finish.

This week we had a full round of matches with some very close results.
Also great to hold the first Open Muster of players wanting to play Spikers in the upcoming Spikers tournaments. There will be two more Open Spikers Musters over the next two weeks which are open to all players currently playing for their school.
The Area Schools players will be gathering at Tapawera next week for the Top of the South Island Area Schools tournament. We wish them all the Best.
