🖤 The Classics has always been about more than the rugby.
At the heart of our kaupapa is connection - bringing former teammates back together, reconnecting old friendships and creating the time and space to share the stories, experiences and challenges that come with life after the game.
For so many players, rugby has been a huge part of who they are. They’ve given so much of themselves, and their families have given plenty too, in pursuit of the game.
There’s something pretty special about pulling on a jersey together again. About being back in a team environment, sharing a changing room, having a laugh and picking up conversations and friendships that might have been put down years ago.
That sense of connection and belonging matters.
We hope The Classics can continue to provide a place for these men to reconnect with the game, with each other, and with a community that has shared so much together.
More than a rugby tour.
