8 years ago Robbie was making me burst with pride! Winning Riding with the Stars at Claudelands and going on to win the Silver Fern Stakes at HOY.

Many of the horses I have bred are closely related to him. What a horse. I still miss him.

FINALLY after a number of false starts over the past 2 years 🙄, Molly finally made it to the breakers today!

I am very excited about this mare. She is a big powerhouse of a horse with a dash of sass. Love her to bits.

Grey sky to match grey horses!

Charlotte (Chacco Silver) and Maxwell (Corysian Ego Z) in for grooming and a paddock change today.

They have been getting float trained over the past few weeks along with Molly. Such good babies.

These two are nearly 3years and will go to the breakers in summer if they haven't sold.

Charlotte will mature around 16.1hh and Maxwell 17.1+hh - he's a big boy! Both have outstanding natures.

Equine Dentist time with our favourite dentist Christine Tipper - Equiteeth Equine Dentistry & Bowen Therapy . Two up this morning Molly and Trinity.

Molly has some teeny wolf teeth which will be extracted soon so she's all healed but for breaking in a month. I have circled one in the photo because I find it interesting.

One of Christine's super powers is explaining what she's doing and why 😃

Trinity (Astro and Maxwell's Mum) is the matriach now and it puts my mind at ease knowing the old girls teeth are in good shape.

Mud monsters Miss Molly and Kaytee in for a brush and play this afternoon. I let Kaytee go before I thought of taking a photo of her looking clean!

Molly was such a good girl 🥰

Molly's dam was by Ramirez, sire was by Distelfink.

She is bred to jump big tracks.

I had the pleasure meeting Sophie Jansonius from Summersdale Equine Services today and my lot, including some fidgety youngsters, had the pleasure of having their hooves trimmed by her.

Sophie did a great job and was very calm with the youngsters which makes a huge difference.

It's great to have another farrier working in the Whakatane area. Sophie is based in Rotorua.

🌻HARRY🌻

Handsome Harry set off on the longest journey of his life to date this morning. He is travelling all the way up to Whangarei to be sold of behalf by Kirsity Bale.

It is hard holding back the tears knowing that I might not see him again in a long time if he is sold to someone up north, but that's just how it is for us breeders waving our kids good-bye, it never gets any easier. 🥺

I packed him dinner 😆 and gave him good-bye carrots. 🥕🥕🥕
