Social Cricket in Omokoroa has arrived!

Social Cricket has arrived in Omokoroa with the new artificial wicket at Western Avenue. Turn up this Sunday 6th December 2020 from 1pm. Numbers will be split into 2 teams to play a 20 over game. So come on down this Sunday and have a bit of fun!

The new Pavilion and Library is making great progress!

Committee Members of the Omokoroa Sport and Recreation Society along with Mayor Webber, had a sneaky preview of the sports pavilion. We are getting very excited as the building project approaches completion. Look out for upcoming articles in Katikati Advertiser, Lizard News and Weekend Sun. We are on the home straight now but not quite there yet. Our hard working committee are now looking for a final $120,000 to complete the interior and purchase equipment. Watch this space for ways you can help!

The Bee Gees and Queen Concert is all go. Tickets are still available via Eventfinda.co.nz for $40 until 3:30pm when gate sales take over at $45 per adult. Kids remain $10 and kids under five are free. Food and alcohol available on site, but no alcohol can be brought into the concert. Only sealed plastic water bottles or empty plastic or metal water bottles can be brought in. Free water is available within the concert fence. You can bring your own picnic if you wish. Gates open at 4:30pm so come on down and join the Omokoroa Sport and Recreation Society for a fun evening/night!
